We worked with Cluttons, the property consultants, to develop a PowerPoint toolkit for their marketing and comms teams. The kit needed more than a set of useful layouts and example content, as some slides included animated diagrams that were used on a regular basis. The PowerPoint toolkit also included ranges of icons that were used throughout.
The designs were supplied in InDesign, produced by one of our design agency clients, which we had helped to define, along with the Cluttons team. As with most projects of this nature, it had to be easy to use, where we added ‘off-slide’ side panel help and guidance for the end users, and these gave step by step instructions on changing background images, changing brand colours on some elements and working with the brand-based cutout images that were supplied with the kit.
We included several ‘library’ slides that included vector-based icons that allowed the user to freely scale and change colour, which was very much part of the company brand. The supplied diagrams and charts were fully editable, with live data in some cases.
The design uses Bliss fonts for the corporate presentations, and we also supplied a Calibri version for internal use.
